Returns

• Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, or defective items received.

• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, bras, underwear/trousers, and bodysuits cannot be returned if they have been worn or used.

Refunds & Exchange

• If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us.

Please check your parcel immediately after delivery. Video proof of opening the parcel is recommended for any claim regarding a missing, wrong, or damaged item.
